The intervention consists in the demolition of an existing commercial building on the area and in the construction of a contemporary urban residential building

consisting of four floors above ground.

The ten apartments that are under construction are of different sizes and characterized by great planimetric flexibility.

The building is also characterized by careful analysis and careful planning of the private outdoor spaces, also equipped with a shared wellness area.
