The apartment is located in a typical late 19th century Milanese building.

The living area, large and bright facing the street, is connected to the kitchen thanks to a large wooden snack area.

An en suite bathroom is created in the master bedroom and the existing parquet is retrieved.

In the fourth bedroom, a small mezzanine has been created, where the custom-made staircase becomes an opportunity to host a small desk made of metal, wood and plexiglas.

All the decorative elements typical of the time have been maintained and/or redone like the originals (original leaded doors and windows, inlaid parquet floors, ceilings with plaster frames, ...).
