Residential Building Project

This project began with the demolition of an existing commercial building, paving the way for construction of a new residential complex.

The four-story building, with an additional basement level, houses 10 apartments featuring a flexible floor plan, allowing for a variety of customized living solutions tailored to different needs.

A strong focus was placed on the choice of appropriate technological systems.

Outdoor spaces were also designed to maximize functionality: every apartment benefits from one or more balconies with a depth of over 3 meters, while shared amenities include a BBQ area and an independent technical room.

Additionally, landscaping was thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming environment for both residents and visitors.
