Renovation of a Concept Bar in Milan
"Dahlia Lab" is a café-bistro near Bocconi University, conceived as a multifunctional space combining food service with retail elements, including a flower shop and an artisanal gelato counter.
The venue features three large steel-framed storefront windows, in accordance with the furnishings and with the choice to keep exposed the structure of the room and the brick vaulted ceiling.
The protagonist is the metallic counter, clad in riveted, burnished metal, which extends through the main room. A dedicated gelato station is positioned facing the street.
The flooring incorporates floral motifs that are arranged in decorative "carpets" that define different areas.
Industrial influences extend to the custom-designed furniture. Even the branding was meticulously crafted, from the logo design to signage and packaging.
