Apartment in a Newly Built Condominium
Located on the ground floor of Residenza al Parco Toti and featuring a private garden, this apartment was designed for a family with two young children.
An entrance with a custom-made wardrobe leads into a spacious open-plan living area with dual exposure: on one side, a U-shaped kitchen, while on the other, a living room that extends toward a study.
The entire project is a reflection of the owner’s love for color and eclectic style, brought to life through bold wallpaper choices. Wallpaper is used as a decorative wall covering, as well as an accent feature, such as in the shower.
The living room furniture was custom designed in agreement with the kitchen, separated but visible from the entrance thanks to a small glass window placed between the sink and the wall units.
A parquet laid in a row was chosen for the floor which, together with the color, gives continuity to the rooms.
