Apartment in a Newly Built Condominium

As part of a condominium under construction, in this apartment the clients were able to achieve a high level of customization of the spaces. The warm atmosphere is obtained through a palette of terracotta and blue tones, reflected in the furniture and finishes.

In the open-space of the living room, the kitchen is distinguished with a change of flooring that replaces the parquet with more practical cement tiles.

A custom-made bookcase defines the entrance wall, covered with wallpaper. Even in the master bedroom, a wallpaper delimits the space of the bed.

The child’s room features a personalized mural with a world map in which the client’s son is portrayed aboard a hot air balloon.

The bathrooms have furniture with space-saving solutions, materials and color contrasts aligned with the overall project. Finally, a practical laundry room is created in a niche inside the corridor.
