Haussmann-Style Apartment

Located in a late 19th-century building in Milan, this apartment underwent significant alterations during its previous renovation. The project sought to restore the original proportions and historical decorative elements.

The home was reinterpreted with a contemporary approach, juxtaposing the original elements with the clean, minimal lines of the new furnishings.

The living area was reconfigured and expanded into a spacious, light-filled open-plan layout that now flows into the kitchen.

Throughout the apartment hallways are lined with built-in bookshelves, storage units, and overhead compartments, all concealed behind custom-designed pivot doors that integrate into the interior design solutions.

The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the children's rooms take advantage of the generous ceiling heights, incorporating carefully designed mezzanines to optimize space.
