Single-family house in a newly built complex
Working on this project alongside the start of construction made it possible to achieve a very high level of customization, with all spaces designed around an internal patio, visible through large glazed openings.
The interior, filled with natural light, features the predominant use of wood in both finishes and furnishings, creating a strong material and visual connection with the surrounding green area.
The living area is a large open-plan space with a pitched wooden roof, with the kitchen at one end and the TV unit at the other.
A long, window-lined corridor connects the two volumes that make up the house: one dedicated to the living area and the other to the sleeping area.
This space is enhanced by a custom-designed wooden bookcase incorporating a desk area and a reading nook overlooking the garden.
Each piece of furniture was tailor-made for this home and incorporates recurring features and design solutions, giving the entire residence a strong and distinctive identity.
