The renovation involved the execution of internal and external modifications through the demolition of an internal wall and the construction of new internal partition walls for the compartmentalization of the premises intended for the rental, sale and maintenance of cars.

Modification interventions have also been planned on the facade concerning the enlargement of the access doors so as to facilitate access to the premises according to the activities hosted.

Outside, work was carried out to restore the external courtyard belonging to the production activities and the location of a new car wash.
